Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a bowl combine ground chicken, thawed spinach, onion, garlic, steak seasoning, egg, breadcrumbs (to your consistency liking), olive oil (a few drizzles around the bowl), and cheese
  • Use additional olive oil to prime your meatloaf pan- bottoms and sides so it doesn't stick.
  • Remove the chicken and spinach mixture from the bowl and place into your baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 for about an hour or so... more time may be necessary depending on how deep your dish is.
  • Near the end of the baking, slice a few extra slices of cheese, and place over the top to melt before removing from the oven.
  • Can be served with a nice spinach salad.
