Scrumptious Swiss Chicken

Yum is all I can say
Ingredients
- 2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 tbs basil shopping list
- 1 tbs garlic shopping list
- 2-3 slices swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 can chicken broth shopping list
- 1 pkg turkey gravy shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 375'
- Place chicken breast on cutting board and with your fingers find the fold on the inside of breast, carefully peel open to make a fillet
- When nice and flat, tear slices of cheese and place in middle of breast
- fold corners of breast over and make sure everything is enclosed
- pin together with tooth picks
- season breast
- add another slice of cheese on top of each breast
- pour broth in baking dish
- bake until done, about 25min.
- take out chicken and place on plate
- while broth is still hot, whisk in gravy, pour on top and enjoy
