Ingredients

1 cup sweet potatoes cooked and mashed

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg

3/4 cup unsalted butter

1-1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

3/4 cup quick cooking oatmeal

1 cup pecans

1 cup raisins

Directions

Mix butter and sugar together then add eggs and dry ingredients then pecans and raisins.

Drop by teaspoons onto dry cookie sheets and bake for 12 minutes at 350.
