Ziti and Parmesan Omelet

- 3 large eggs separated shopping list
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon creole seasoning shopping list
- 2 tablespoons canned artichoke hearts chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter shopping list
- 1 cup cooked ziti shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat leaf parsley shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat broiler then in bowl beat egg yolks, hot pepper sauce and Creole seasoning.
- In another bowl beat egg whites to soft peaks.
- Fold yolks into whites then add artichoke hearts then melt butter in frying pan.
- When butter foams add egg mixture and sprinkle ziti and parsley over the eggs.
- Top with cheese then broil 4 minutes.
