Ziti and Parmesan Omelet Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat broiler then in bowl beat egg yolks, hot pepper sauce and Creole seasoning.
  • In another bowl beat egg whites to soft peaks.
  • Fold yolks into whites then add artichoke hearts then melt butter in frying pan.
  • When butter foams add egg mixture and sprinkle ziti and parsley over the eggs.
  • Top with cheese then broil 4 minutes.
