Pineapple Habanero Salsa

Love the combo of sweet and spicy....Great with pork or chicken
Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple, cut into chunks shopping list
- 2 tbls. pineapple juice shopping list
- 2 tbls. lime juice shopping list
- 1 tbls. molasses shopping list
- 3 scallions, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. habanero, seeded and finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. allspice shopping list
How to make it
- In mixing bowl, add all ingredients and toss to combine
- Let sit for at least an hour before serving

The molasses would add great depth without fighting the natural sweetness of the pineapple and any salsa with a habanero has to be my kind of salsa.
