Ingredients

4 Trawt Fillets

a little bit of each:

Dried Rosemary

Dried Thyme

Dried Salvia

Dried Basil

Dried Parsley

a little bit of paprika

Green pepper

5 teaspoons of butter

2 tomatoes

lemon + 8 mushroom

onion

salt

Directions

1. Put the fillet on the plate and add salt, pepper and the lemon juice and put the fillet in the fridge in 15 mins.

2. Dice a garlic mix with pepper and put it on the fillet.

3. Put the one tablespoon of butter on the frying pan and put the fillet in the frying pan along with tomatoes, mushroom and onion rings and heat the oven to 200°

4. Put the frying pan in the oven and cook about 25-30 mins.

5. Serve imediately on the plate with lemon slices
