How to make it

  • Place green beans in bowl with 4 Tbsp water
  • Add sliced garlic, pinch of salt
  • Cook in microwave on high for 4 min. or boil in water on stove
  • Meanwhile, in frying pan, over medium heat place butter or olive oil.
  • Add fresh sliced button mushrooms or open can
  • Add salt, pepper and parsley
  • cook mushrooms until wilted
  • Drain green beans and add then to mushrooms
  • Optional: garlic lovers, this is the time to add 1 more glove of finely chopped garlic or use your garlic press
  • Mix vegetables, season to taste
  • Cook 1 minute
