Beef Holland Style

- 2 pounds beef cutlets trimmed of all fat and gristle shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 2 shallots finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup brandy shopping list
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups dry white wine shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- Chopped parsley for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Cut beef into strips then heat butter in large skillet and sauté onions 3 minutes.
- Add beef and sauté for 2 minutes then add brandy and cook 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with the flour, salt and pepper then stir to combine.
- Add wine and cream then cook over low stirring constantly until mixture thickens but not boils.
- Serve immediately garnished with chopped parsley.
