How to make it

  • Cut beef into strips then heat butter in large skillet and sauté onions 3 minutes.
  • Add beef and sauté for 2 minutes then add brandy and cook 2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with the flour, salt and pepper then stir to combine.
  • Add wine and cream then cook over low stirring constantly until mixture thickens but not boils.
  • Serve immediately garnished with chopped parsley.
