Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed

1/3 cup molasses

2 cups half and half

Directions

Blend cream cheese, brown sugar, and molasses in blender until smooth

With motor running, add half and half and blend until well combined

Make in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions
