How to make it

  • Mix sugar, mustard, salt, vinegar and onion in blender or food processor. Add oil slowly beating constantly until thick. Add poppyseeds. Pour into container with lid and store in fridge.

    Oh, my favorite dressing! I'm going to try this, probably using some Splenda in place of some of the sugar. I hardly ever guy poppyseed dressing because of the amount of sugar in it. Thanks for posting!
