Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon shopping list
- 1 egg ; beaten shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- endive shopping list
How to make it
- Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp.
- Mix together into a bowl the egg, salt, sugar, vinegar and water.
- Pour into pan with bacon and cook until thickened.
- Cool slightly before pouring over the washed Endive.
