How to make it

  • Melt Butter or Margarine
  • add sugar and stir until smooth
  • add whipped eggs
  • add vanilla
  • In muffin tin shape pie crust and then put 375
  • 18 to 20 minutes cool 5 minutes before taking out of pan.
  • makes 48 tarts.

    I am baking these today. I love this recipe, as I it calls for whipped eggs, and brown sugar, which I prefer. Much better than corn syrup versions, which don't always "set". Plus, I really don't want to bake using corn syrup.
