How to make it

  • make, thaw or open chicken stock and place in stock pot
  • saute garlic, celery, and chopped onion in a little olive oil or butter until onion starts to become transparent
  • add saute mix to stock pot
  • add other ingredients (not toppings) and bring to a slow boil
  • reduce heat and simmer 30-45 minutes
  • ladle into bowls and top as desired
