How to make it

  • In a small bowl, combine the sugar and the cinnamon.
  • Dip the top and the sides of the biscuits in the butter, then in the cinnamon-sugar mixture..
  • Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • With the end of a wooden spoon handle, make a deep indentation in the center of each biscuit.
  • Fill with 1 teaspoon of the preserves.
  • Bake at 375 F for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool for 15 minutes befroe serving (preserves will be hot).
