Green Tea Pomegranate Sorbet

- For the Sorbet: shopping list
- 2 cups 100% pomegranate juice (either fresh or bottled) shopping list
- 2 tbsp Skyy lemon-infused vodka shopping list
- 1/4-1/3 cup green tea simple syrup (below) shopping list

- For the green tea Simple Syrup: shopping list
- 3/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup agave nectar shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2-3 green tea bags shopping list
How to make it
- Bring water, agave nectar, and sugar to a boil, stirring to ensure sugar has dissolved.
- Remove from heat and allow tea bags to steep 5-6 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and cool. Refrigerate to chill.
- ****************
- Set a nonreactive metal pan or bowl in the freezer and allow it to thoroughly chill.
- Combine juice, vodka, and syrup to taste (depending on level of sweetness desired) in chilled pan/bowl, stirring well to combine.
- Place bowl in freezer and allow to chill at least three hours, perhaps more, folding frozen edges in every 45-60 minutes.
- Serve in chilled, shallow bowls.
