This is the simplest fudge recipe ever, and always comes out perfect.

Ingredients
  • 1 12 oz. bag milk or dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Combine all chips, condensed milk and vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Nuke on high 1 minute, stirring at 30 seconds.
  3. Continue to cook in 10-15 second bursts until the chocolate completely melts when beaten.
  4. Add nuts and beat until smooth and fudgy; pour in 8x8-inch square pan lined with wax paper. Chill until set; cut into squares and serve.
