Salsa Covered Salmon Steaks

- 3/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion shopping list
- 1/3 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 medium tomatoes seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1 garlic clove crushed shopping list
- 1 can chopped black olives drained shopping list
- 6 salmon steaks shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except fish in glass bowl.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate salsa 4 hours to blend flavors.
- Place fish on oiled grill over medium hot coals.
- Cook 3 minutes then turn steaks and cook 5 minutes longer.
- Remove from grill and keep warm.
- Serve with salsa.
