How to make it

  • Salad
  • Combine ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss with approximately 1/2 cup Eggless Caesar Dressing
  • ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  • Dressing:
  • In food Processor, Puree anchovies with their oil to form a smooth paste
  • Add garli, mustard, pepper oregano and salt. Process until blended
  • With processor running add the vinegar slowly in a thin stream.
  • With the processor still running add the oil slowly in a thin stream. Process until thorooughly blended. Dressing Should be thick and creamy.
