Quick, easy custard. I like it! Is corn flour the same as corn starch?

Is corn flour the same as corn starch? Yep, according to Wiki it is - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cornstarch :o)

Thanks for this recipe. It is just what I was looking for. I'm thinking why we usually call custard something made of powder and milk or water, when custard can be made so simply. There's no way a watery powder can taste like the real thing. Thanks.
