How to make it

  • Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well then shape into 1” balls.
  • Brown in butter over medium heat then drain well then place in a rectangular baking dish.
  • Combine cornstarch, vinegar and sugar in medium saucepan.
  • Cook low heat stirring constantly until clear and thickened.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients then pour over meatballs and bake at 300 for 40 minutes.
