Macaroni With Ground Meat Spinach And Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients

500 gr macaroni.

3/4 k spinach.

2 tbs olive oil.

1/2 ground beef (low fat).

1 c onion chopped.

3 cloves garlic chopped.

1/2 c white whine.

1-2 ts chili flakes.

2 c tomatoes chopped.

1 c parsley leaves.

2 c drained jogurt.

2 tbs flour.

1 c parmigiano shredded or any other hard sharp cheese will do.

salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Boil water and cook spinach 4 min, drain and set aside.

In a deep frying pan heat oil to medium and saute the onion and garlic 5 min, add beef and saute stir till meat has deep pink color and liquid is gone, pour over with the whine, add chili flakes, tomatoes and spinach, lower heat and stir / simmer 7 min.

Add parsley (keep 2 tbs for garnish), add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook 3 min more.

In a little pan mix flour with the jogurt and stir / simmer till smooth.

Cook macaroni all dente ( 8 min), drain and mix well with meat / spinach and jogurt sauce, sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.

Serve cheese separate for those who want.
