How to make it

  • Bring to boil the chicken in a generous amount of water with salt until tender.
  • In a separate pan, saute onion and garlic in butter.
  • Pour the chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the 75 ml of Evaporated milk and bring to boil
  • Add Nestle cream and simmer until the mixture thicken.
  • Add the mushroom and Vienna sausage.
  • Taste the sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs.
