This is a really creamy chicken recipe. It's easy to prepare. And I's sure that everyone in the household will love it

Ingredients
  • butter
  • onion and garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Kilo chicken
  • 250 ml Nestle Cream
  • 75 ml Evaporated Milk
  • 1 can of Vienna sausage (sliced)
  • 1 can of button mushroom (sliced)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

Directions
  1. Bring to boil the chicken in a generous amount of water with salt until tender.
  2. In a separate pan, saute onion and garlic in butter.
  3. Pour the chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the 75 ml of Evaporated milk and bring to boil
  5. Add Nestle cream and simmer until the mixture thicken.
  6. Add the mushroom and Vienna sausage.
  7. Taste the sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs.
