FAMILY MEAT LOAF IN THE CROCK POT This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Leggett Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1996.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground chuck shopping list
- 3 eggs beaten shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons instant minced onion shopping list
- 1/3 cup catsup shopping list
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sage shopping list
- 2 tablespoons catsup shopping list
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients except catsup and corn syrup.
- Shape into round loaf and place in removable liner.
- Combine catsup and corn syrup then spread over loaf as a glaze.
- Cover and cook 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
