Ingredients

Spinach either fresh or packaged and pre washed

fresh garlic

olive oil

fresh lemon

mushrooms slices

white onion slices

dash of wine (optional)

artichoke hearts and drain olive oil

sliced avocado

fresh parsley

almonds (you can roast these in your toaser oven but watch them)

fresh cheese ( a white imported cheese of your choice)

follow your heart Ranch Dressing very terrific and low cal and tasty...just fantastic

or a good Ranch Dressing that you like

croutons are optional here but it goes well, too

Or Just Croutons Off Melrose...simply divine....

Directions

Saute the spinach together with the onions, mushrooms, garlic, in olive oil with some wine if wanted.

Then place on a plate.

Then spritz some fresh lemon over this

Then add some artichoke hearts that were in olive oil and drain the olive oil to where it is good for you

Then slice up some avocado's and add to your plate

Toss in some fresh parsley

And add almonds

Sprinkle some fresh cheese over the top ( a white cheese of your choice) and enjoy this dish....or you can grate some wonderful imported cheese of your choice to kick it up a knotch....Pick a good one...I find great cheeses at Bristol Farms....

Then add the ranch dressing

(If you want you can add croutons to this or pieces of just off melrose dark pumpernickel flat bread) really delicious...you can create your own croutons....the way you like them and put them in this dish or take these suggestions.

Serve with french bread and enjoy this pearl of a veggie dish for the discriminating diner.
