Nonnies Lasagna Recipe
This dish puts a different spin on the usual version. Goes perfect with garlic bread and salad.

  • 1 box of lasagna
  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 jar Ragu sauce w/ mushrooms
  • 1 can golden brown cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound kraft cheese slices
  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • garlic salt to taste
  • onion powder to taste

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cook lasagna according to package and cool in cold water
  3. Boil eggs and set aside to cool
  4. Fry hamburger with garlic salt and onion salt and drain
  5. Add ragu, 1/2 jar water, and mushroom soup
  6. cook til it comes to a boil
  7. Add cheddar and mozzarella cheeses
  8. cook till cheese melts
  9. put 1 layer of lasagna
  10. pour sauce mixture over pasta, enough to cover pasta
  11. slice 2-3 eggs ontop of sauce
  12. put sliced cheese over that
  13. repeat the layers until all ingredients are gone
  14. use large glass rectangular pan
  15. Use additional pans if needed
  16. bake 15-20 min until cheese on top is melted and it's bubbles
