California Pot Roast

- 4 pound beef pot roast trimmed of fat shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 medium white onion chopped shopping list
- 2 large carrots sliced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Dredge meat well in flour, salt and pepper then brown in oil in large skillet.
- Place in crock pot then add remaining ingredients and cover then simmer on low 5 hours.
