Best Ever Meatloaf Recipe
This is one of favorites year round. Tastes like Momma's meatloaf from when I was a kid and sssoooo simple and delicious.

Ingredients
  • 1 can tomato or mushroom soup
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 pouch dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions
  1. In large bowl, mix thoroughly 1/2 cup tomato soup, beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, and egg. In 2-quart oblong baking dish, frimly shape meat mixture into 8 x 4-inch loaf.
  2. Bake at 350* for 1 1/4 hours or until meat loaf is no longer pink(160* internal temperature).Spoon off fat, reserving 1 to 2 tablespoons drippings.
  3. In 1-quart saucepan, over medium heat, combine remaining tomato soup, water and reserved drippings. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve with meat loaf.
