Zingy Corn On The Cob Recipe

How to make it

  • Make sure corn is shucked and silk free
  • Wash corn
  • Cook corn directly on the eye of stove, rotating the corn until brown all over (do not over cook...should still be able to see the color of the corn)
  • Coat with lemon juice and dust with red pepper
  • Chow down!
