lemon cream farfalle with salmon and capers

                    - 1/2 lemon plus zest- or more to taste if you like shopping list
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt shopping list
- 1 can of salmon shopping list
- 2 Tbsp capers shopping list
- 1/2 pound fafalle (butterfly) pasta aka bowtie shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Cook the pasta accordingly to package directions in salted water, drain and transfer to a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, add some lemon juice and lemon zest to the yogurt and stir well.
- Stir the lemon-y yogurt into the pasta.
- Divide into two bowls.
- Flake the salmon and divide between the bowls.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of capers on each dish.
- Enjoy~!
