Lemon Cream Farfalle With Salmon And Capers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lemon plus zest- or more to taste if you like
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 can of salmon
  • 2 Tbsp capers
  • 1/2 pound fafalle (butterfly) pasta aka bowtie
  • salt

Directions
  1. Cook the pasta accordingly to package directions in salted water, drain and transfer to a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, add some lemon juice and lemon zest to the yogurt and stir well.
  3. Stir the lemon-y yogurt into the pasta.
  4. Divide into two bowls.
  5. Flake the salmon and divide between the bowls.
  6. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of capers on each dish.
  7. Enjoy~!
