GAZPACHO cold soup

- 2 cucumbers, diced shopping list
- 3 large tomatoes, diced shopping list
- 1 red pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 red onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups tomato juice shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped shopping list
- juice of 1 lime shopping list
- Tabasco shopping list
How to make it
- In large glass bowl combine vegetables
- . Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Add half the mixture to a food processor and blend until smooth
- . Combine puree with original mixture.
- Chill for 4 hours and serve.
