How to make it
- Seperate cabbage leaves ,if using and remove tough stalks. Roll leaves and shred finey or chop spring greens.
- Heat oil in wok,add garlic and carawat seeds. Cook for about 30 seconds without letting burn or brown.
- Add greens and leeks to the wok,and stir-fry for 6-7 mins,adding a splash of water to help steam the greens.
- Take off the heat and season well before serving.
