Stir Fried Spring Greens with Garlic and Caraway Seeds

- 14 oz spring greens or 1 head cabbage shopping list
- 4 tsp sunflower oil shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic,peeled and finely sliced shopping list
- 3 tsp caraway seeds shopping list
- 1 large leek,trimmed and shredded lengthwise shopping list
- salt and ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Seperate cabbage leaves ,if using and remove tough stalks. Roll leaves and shred finey or chop spring greens.
- Heat oil in wok,add garlic and carawat seeds. Cook for about 30 seconds without letting burn or brown.
- Add greens and leeks to the wok,and stir-fry for 6-7 mins,adding a splash of water to help steam the greens.
- Take off the heat and season well before serving.

This is super. We have a 'thing' for fresh veggies and garlic of course. Love the garlic scapes too. 5 from me and I added it to It's the great garlic Charlie Brown Group. Hope you don't mind.
