Columbian Guacamole

- 1 large ripe avocado(12 to 13 oz),peeled,pitted,coarsely chopped shopping list
- 3 Tbs coarsely chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 3 Tbs coarsely chopped green onion or vidalia onion shopping list
- 2 Tbs chopped serrano chilies with seeds shopping list
- 1/4 c water (or more) shopping list
- 2 and 1/2 Tbs(or more) fresh lime juice shopping list
- coarse kosher salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine avocado,cilantro,green onion and serrano chilies in processor. Puree till smooth.
- Add 1/4c water and 2 and 1/2 Tbs lime juice and process to blend.
- Add more water to avocado mixture by tablespoonfuls if needed and blend until thick sauce forms.
- Transfer to small bowl;season to taste with coarse salt and pepper and more lime juice,if desired.
- Can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover and chill
