How to make it

  • Heat oil in skillet over moderate heat and sauté onion and garlic 5 minutes.
  • Combine with remaining ingredients and mix gently but thoroughly.
  • Form into 4 patties and grill directly over hot coals to an internal temperature of 160F.
  • Top each burger with 1/2 teaspoon chili sauce after turning.
