Ingredients
  • 12 sheets nori
  • 5 cups sumeshi
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 package frozen unagi
  • 1 omelet

Directions
  1. Cook sushi rice.
  2. Toast unagi.
  3. slice cucumber into long thin strips.
  4. cook the omelet and slice it into very thin slice.
  5. Roll the sushi inside-out, using cucumber, omelet and uragi as the fillings.
  6. Serve with shoyu and wasabi.
