How to make it

  • Simmer salsa and chili for 25min.
  • Cube cheese and add to pot
  • Scramble eggs on med. low heat
  • Add garlic, chives and S/P to eggs
  • (a trick I use for my tortillas is to take a long paper towel and dampen it in water then wrap it around the stacked shells and place it in the microwave for 30sec)
  • Sprinkle grated cheese evenly in shells
  • Add eggs, chili, and sour cream on top, wrap em up
  • eat & enjoy
