Ingredients
  • 340 g vermicelli
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 ¾ cups water
  • ¼ tsp lemon powder
  • ½ cup crushed walnut
  • 1 tsp cardamom

Directions
  1. Put the oil and the vermicelli in the pot and fry on light fire until it becomes brown.
  2. Add the water and keep for 5 minutes on the fire.
  3. Then add the sugar and lemon powder, keep with continuous stir until it dries.
  4. Removed from the fire, add the cardamom and mix it well.
  5. Put it in serving dish and decorate by spreading the walnut on the surface.
