Seafood Bliss Recipe
Great side dish or appetizer. Serve with crackers. Add a little Louisiana Hot Sauce for extra zing!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 cans peeled tomatoes, crushed
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 can fish stock
  • 2 fillets of mild fish, (flounder, tilepia, etc....)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • cornstarch for thickening

Directions
  1. Saute in butter first 5 ing. until tender
  2. Combine remaining ing. except for cornstarch
  3. Heat to boiling then turn down to simmer
  4. Add enough cornstarch until desired thickness
  5. Let simmer for 1 hour
