How to make it

  • Scoop avocados into a bowl
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined, but the guac should still be chunky, not a pureed texture
  • Let sit in the fridge for 1-3 hours for flavors to blend. Remove from fridge a half hour before serving to bring up to room temperature.
  • Recipe doubles (and probably quadruples) very well.
