How to make it

  • Cut the eggplants to slices, add salt to it.
  • Mix the beef, spices, black pepper, flour, mashed garlic and salt and mix well, then give it a finger shape.
  • Fry the beef in the oil, and then fry the eggplant (separately).
  • Put one meat finger on top of the eggplant slice, roll the eggplant slice around the meat finger then put it in a pan.
  • Mix the water, tomato paste, mixed spices and salt, put them on the fire till they boil, then add to the pan to cover the meat fingers put in the pan, and then grill in the oven for 30 minutes.
