How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Generously grease 4 small ramekins.
  • Wrap inside of each with 2 slices bacon.
  • Gently drop 1 egg and 1/2 teaspoon butter on top.
  • Bake 12 minutes then reason from ramekins and season with pepper and paprika.
