Choc Hazelnut Oat Biscuits

- 250g softened butter shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 beaten eggs shopping list
- 1 cup plain flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup ground hazelnuts shopping list
- 1/3 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 4 cups rolled oats shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 190degC. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Beat butter with brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with beaters until pale and creamy. Gradually beat in eggs until well combined.
- Sift flour, hazelnut meal, cocoa and baking powder together.
- Add to butter mixture and stir til well combined. Add oats and mix well.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of mixture onto trays leaving room between each for spreading.
- Bake for 15mins until firm to touch. transfer to a wire rack to cool.
