PISTACHIO NUT BREAD OR CAKE

This dessert is as easy to make as a box mix cake. But tastes homemade like you spent your day making it.
Ingredients
- Batter: shopping list
- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 box pistachio nut pudding mix (instant) shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 8 oz sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- ******************** shopping list
- Nut Mix: shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Grease and flour two regular size bread pans or one bundt cake pan.
- Mix batter mixture with a mixer and set aside.
- Mix nut mixture and set aside.
- In pan, layer batter mixture, nut mixture, batter mixture and then nut mixture on top.
- Bread pans will be about 3/4 full each before baking.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
- Check with knife to make sure it's completely cooked.
- Let fully cool before removing from pans.
