Ingredients

1 pkg(16 oz) tricolor spiral pasta

1 jar(16oz) giardiniera,drained and cut up

2 cans(one 3.8,one 2-1/4oz)sliced ripe olives

1 jar(5-3/4oz) pimiento-stuffed olives,drained and sliced

1 jar(7oz) roasted sweet peppers,drained and chopped

8oz. summer sausage,cubed

8 oz. pepper jack cheese,cubed

1c Italian dressing

Directions

Cook pasta to directions. Drain and rinse in cold water

In large bowl,combine the giardiniera,olives,red peppers,sausage,cheese and pasta. Add dressing,toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate.
