Malty Mushroom Barley Salad Recipe

Malty Mushroom Barley Salad Recipe
This recipe came from the Watkins Estate in Mesquite, Texas. I obtained this and several hundred recipes when I purchased the collection at an estate sale in 1984. Enjoy.
