How to make it

  • Combine cracker crumbs and margarine; press into bottom of an ungreased 9 inch springform pan; set aside.
  • Beat cream cheese, flour and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Gradually add lemon juice and eggs; beat well.
  • Fold in Yogurt.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Cover loosely with foil.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until set.
  • Cool to room temperature.
  • Refrigerate and garnish.

    This does sound good. I have never heard of a cheesecake calling for yogurt. Well, my curiosity is peaked. Thanks Zena, your the best :D

    I've never liked Key Lime Cheesecake, but this lemon one sounds intriguing. I'll have to try it.
