Lemon Cheesecake

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted shopping list
- 3 packages cream cheese, softened (8 oz each) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 carton lemon yogurt ( 8oz) shopping list
- Assorted fresh berries and lemon zest, optional shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cracker crumbs and margarine; press into bottom of an ungreased 9 inch springform pan; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, flour and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add lemon juice and eggs; beat well.
- Fold in Yogurt.
- Pour into crust.
- Cover loosely with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until set.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate and garnish.
