Low-Calorie Rocky Road Treat-lettes

This dessert is really easy to make. The portion sizes are small, but if you use high-cocoa chocolate then it's deliciously rich and satisfyingly naughty-tasting. But - and here's the big appeal - each treat-lette is only 97 calories!
Ingredients
- 8 squares Lindt 85% cocoa dark chocolate shopping list
- 25 g mini-marshmallows shopping list
- 21 g dried fruit, eg sultanas, pineapple, papaya etc shopping list
- 20 g flaked almonds shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low-medium heat, stirring frequently. Alternatively, melt chocolate in a microwave oven using a microwave-safe bowl.
- Let chocolate cool but NOT harden, then stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Spoon the rocky road into six paper cupcake cases and place in the refrigerator to set. Serve cold or at room temperature.
