How to make it

  • Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low-medium heat, stirring frequently. Alternatively, melt chocolate in a microwave oven using a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Let chocolate cool but NOT harden, then stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • Spoon the rocky road into six paper cupcake cases and place in the refrigerator to set. Serve cold or at room temperature.
