Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 jar (16 oz) alfredo sauce
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained ( 15 1/4 oz)
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained (4 1/2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Hot cooked linquine

Directions
  1. In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil.
  2. Transfer to a slow cooker.
  3. In a bowl, combine rest of ingredients.
  4. Pour over chicken.
  5. cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Serve over linquine
