Chicken Veggie Alfredo

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1 tablespoon canola oil shopping list
- 1 jar (16 oz) alfredo sauce shopping list
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained ( 15 1/4 oz) shopping list
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed shopping list
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained (4 1/2 oz) shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- Hot cooked linquine shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil.
- Transfer to a slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine rest of ingredients.
- Pour over chicken.
- cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve over linquine
