How to make it

  • Drain moisture from crabmeat to yield 1 pound.
  • In a food processor combine scallions, salt, pepper and lemon juice then process until pureed.
  • Add cream cheese and process until softened then add half the crabmeat and process to puree.
  • Add remaining crabmeat and process just to mix then serve with warm sliced baguettes.
