Crab and Scallion Dip

- 1-1/2 pounds cooked crab meat shopping list
- 1 cup scallions sliced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1-1/2 pounds cream cheese softened shopping list
How to make it
- Drain moisture from crabmeat to yield 1 pound.
- In a food processor combine scallions, salt, pepper and lemon juice then process until pureed.
- Add cream cheese and process until softened then add half the crabmeat and process to puree.
- Add remaining crabmeat and process just to mix then serve with warm sliced baguettes.
