Pina Colada Pork Chops

- 4 boneless pork chops shopping list
- 3 limes shopping list
- 1/2c canned coconut milk shopping list
- ground cayenne pepper shopping list
- 4 minced scallions(for garnish) shopping list
- 1/2c minced cilantro(for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate pork chops in juice of 1 lime while you prepare a med-hot fire(5 to 8 mis)
- Grill chops over indirect heat,about 4 to 5 mins per side. Warm coconut milk over low heat;season with salt and pinch of cayenne. Add juice of second lime to sauce. Transfer chops to platter when done. Spoon sauce over chops. Garnish with scallions and cilantro and sprinkle with juice of 3rd. lime. Serve with rice and remaining sauce.
