Hot Pepper Sesame Peanuts

- 2 cups lightly toasted shelled peanuts shopping list
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 250 then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine peanuts, oil, garlic powder, ginger, pepper flakes and chili powder.
- Toss until nuts are well coated then transfer nuts to prepared sheet and arrange in single layer.
- Place in oven and bake 10 minutes then remove from oven and immediately loosen nuts.
- Sprinkle evenly with salt and set aside to cool at least 1 hour before serving.

mmmm spicy peanuts....doing this next weekend for party nibbles, might work with canned chickpeas(garbanzo's) if toasted lower & longer, I have done them in a pan of deep oil finishing with salt & garam massala, beware of using curry powder, it needs...more
